MERIDEN - Michael T. Rossi, 62, died Wednesday, May 19, 2010, at MidState Medical Center, after a brief illness.

Born in Meriden on July 11, 1947, he was the son of Helen (Nowicki) Rossi and the late Edward Rossi. He resided in Meriden all his life and was a graduate of Platt High School and Bates College in Lewiston, Maine. Mr. Rossi was employed as a math teacher at Lewis Mills High School in Burlington.

Besides his mother, he is survived by one brother, Edward Rossi, Jr., and his wife, Lora, of Wolcott; three nieces; one great-niece; and four great-nephews.
