SARASOTA, Fla. - Steven Kristin Urgo, 34, of Sarasota, died in Florida on May 5 [1982] as the result of injuries suffered in an automobile accident.

   Born in Meriden, he had resided in Sarasota for the past 11 years.  A graduate of Platt High School, the University of South Florida and Duquesne Law School, he was vice president of Chesea Title and Guarantee Co., of Sarasota and maintained a private practice here.  He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church.

   He is survived by his wife, Linda Buresch Urgo and a son, Kristin J. Urgo, both of Sarasota; his mother, Olga V. Kopacz, and stepfather, Benjamin J. Kopacz, both of South Meriden; his father, George Urgo of Fairfield; a brother, Jaye C. Urgo of Amherst, Va.; his maternal grandmother, Violet T. Vechitto of Meriden, and his paternal grandmother, Iva Urgo of Stuart, Fla.

   funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Charles Schweiker of faith Lutheran Church.  Burial was a Sarasota Memorial Park on May 7.  Arrangements were under the direction of the Lew Funeral Home.
