My fellow Twirler, our Junior & Senior years. We had a lot of fun and laughs, with a good group of girls each year. Betty was Captain, senior year, and made up the routines for the football & basketball games at home. Fond memories of a special person, who was always patient when I dropped my baton. I can still see her smile.

Betty was a great friend and I sad to hear about her death.  Her friendship and support during our my lifetime in Meriden and especially during high school will never be forgotten.  I think because our birthdays were the same we felt a strong bond and this year I will make a very special toast to her memory.  Helen
